Who is ready to jump into the action-packed multiverse? A24’s Everything Everywhere All At Once is headed to the theaters on March 25th, 2022, and from all the rave reviews at their stint at SXSW this year, it looks like we’re in for a treat. Directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, collectively known as Daniels, the film is a hilarious and big-hearted sci-fi action-adventure about an exhausted Chinese American woman (Michelle Yeoh) who can’t seem to finish her taxes.
Michelle Yeoh plays Evelyn Wang, a Chinese-American woman who discovers her existence in multiple universes. We meet different versions of Yeoh’s character Evelyn in the film as she “verse jumps,” finding a new version of herself within each multiverse. The film also stars Ke Huy Quan, Stephanie Hsu, Jenny Slate, Harry Shum Jr., James Hong, and Jamie Lee Curtis.
