Tarsier Records is back with a new banger! “Hotel Room” is the first-ever collaboration between Markus, Kyle Echarri, and Moophs. The track has a deep RnB vibe, combining soulful lyrics and vocals over a neo-soul beat.
The three artists shared their personal takes on the inspiration behind the song in a press release.
According to Markus: “I wrote “Hotel Room” about a specific time in my life when I was trapped by vices and surrounded by the wrong crowd. Looking back on it, I’m proud of myself for getting out of that hole, and out of it came a pretty alright sounding song. I think it’s the best time to release this song because I’m a responsible father now, and it’s a reminder of who I was, not who I am now.”
Kyle Echarri added his thoughts on the personal record, “It’s my first time releasing something that is this personal – on this level / this kind of emotion, so I’m hoping they understand the lyrics the same way we want to portray it. I feel like releasing this now is not just because Markus and I have been wanting to write a song together for a while now, but because I feel like a lot of people go through these kinds of hard times.”
Last but not least, Moophs discussed his part in producing the record: “This is the first of what is hopefully gonna be a series of songs. Markus wrote a song and sent me a voice note, I produced a beat around it and Kyle penned a second verse and hopped on the track! Their songwriting chemistry together in the studio is magical. Originally, it was all acoustic guitar but Markus really wanted the electric sound layered in and I used those combined with my own experience producing neo-soul tracks to arrive at the final product.”

Visuals after visuals, Kyle Echarri is back with another one! The Lyric Visualizer for the bi-lingual Pop and R&B track “Fuego” was just released, and Kyle keeps it as steamy as the lyrics. As we mentioned before, Kyle had a big hand in the writing and creative production of his sophomore album “New Views,” but fun fact, Darren Espanto helped pen this particular track alongside Kyle.
Kyle has been non-stop working on the visuals for the album. He actually gave us a sneak peek into a few of them in a vlog a few months back. So if you want to be the first to know and see some behind the scenes, make sure to subscribe to his Youtube channel.

Kyle Echarri has had a great year so far. On the same week of his 18th Birthday, he dropped his sophomore album “New Views” and had a successful digital concert to help celebrate both his Birthday and the new album. The album features songs both in English and Tagalog with a great R&B/Pop tone to the overall feel. One of the featured Tagalog songs is “Mahal Nga Kita,” featuring Avery, and today Kyle dropped a lyric visualizer to go with the song.
“New Views” sets an excellent tone for Kyle as an artist. He wrote and composed all seven songs on the album and had a big hand in the overall creative behind this project. His album is now available on all major streaming platforms.

Kyle Echarri releases another music video for Dyosa off of his debut album, New Views. See the visual for the Tagalog track with the island/pop sound. Kyle mentioned in his MYXclusive that the song was inspired by a crush and decided to put that feeling into a song. Check it out below.

If you’re a fan of Drake just like Kyle then you see the similarities between Drake’s album Views and Kyle’s album New Views. However, the title goes deeper than paying tribute to one of his favorite artist. The album is practically genre-less as the songs dip into many different genre like R&B, pop, and ballads. New Views showcases how Kyle has evolved and changed as an artist and person, sharing new experiences and his new views on life.
