Huge congrats are in order to 18-year-old Logan Edra, aka “Logistx” who won the Red Bull BC One B-Girl World Championship competition in Poland. The newest B-Girl champ has been racking up accomplishments and awards the last few years. Some of them include: winning NBC’s season 2 of World Of Dance with The Lab, taking first place at UDEF Pro Breaking Tour’s Silverback Open 2018, competing with top level Bboys and Bgirls at the World Urban Games in Budapest, and winning the Taipei B-Boy City Bgirl battle 2019. Now, she can add the Red Bull BC One B-Girl competition to her list.
Logan’s mission statement says, she’s “an artistic human and egalitarian who believes in the power of inner work to reach our higher selves by means of contributing to the healing and growth of humanity as a whole. Aiming to empower and serve people of any age, gender, or ethnicity through purpose-driven art, dance education, and advocacy.”
In her recent social post, Logan shared that she channeled the dark things she experienced in the last 2 years and used the energy she was feeling during the competition. “I walked onto that floor already feeling like I won because I realized that champs don’t just occur on the big stage but at all times because God is always watching. I channeled my ancestors, higher guidance, my tribes/crew near and far. These moments on stage were in my meditations, dreams, and prayers.“
We can’t wait to see what Logan does next and how she’ll take her art and dance everywhere around the world.
