Participant from outside of the Philippines acknowledges that should he or she shall win the Campaign Tier 1 prize, he or she shall join the group date virtually.
Participant from outside of the Philippines who shall win the Pampering Package (Campaign Tier 1) or the Grooming Kit (Campaign Tier 2 and Campaign Tier 3) prize shall shoulder the costs of shipping of the prize to his or her address., as well as related costs including but not limited to customs duties and taxes.
5) WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN THE PROMO
The Campaign is open to all Kumu App users, existing and new, aged 18 years old and above at the time of participation, regardless of nationality and place of residence.
6) WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED TO JOIN
The following are disqualified from joining the Campaign:
a) Those who are not qualified to join the Campaign based on the qualification requirement above & how to join part rule of this promo mechanics;
b) Those whose livestream(s) for the Campaign was not set to “public”;
c) Those whose livestream(s) for the Campaign contain(s) only audio streams;
d) Those whose livestream(s) for the Campaign, at any time during the campaign period, depict or promote any illegal, violent, dangerous or discriminatory behavior or contain any material that is threatening, indecent, violent, obscene, or offensive or violate Kumu’s livestream guidelines found in this link: https://kumu.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025251371-How-do-Ilivestream-;
e) Employees of ABS-CBN Corporation, Creative Programs, Inc. (“CPI”), Kumu Technologies, Inc. (“Kumu”), and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and the respective employees’ relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity; and
f) Persons reporting regularly to ABS-CBN Corporation, CPI, and Kumu under a contract of service and who, by nature of the service they render, may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
g) Those joined the promo but was not able to register their required information for “Kwentuhan with the Barber” promo.
7) HOW TO JOIN THE PROMO
Step 1: Participant must log on to the Kumu App, or for new users, download, install and register or sign up on the Kumu App. Participant shall log in/sign up through their respective accounts on Facebook, Google, Apple, or SNS. Fill out the Consent to Join form (Registration Form) found in the HOW TO JOIN tab (https://bit.ly/3gQsQ3g). Required details are: User Name, Full Name, Birthdate, Address, Contact Number, Email Address, Picture of Valid ID (pic file size max of 5MB, .PNG or .JPEG format). Make sure to complete all items in the form to qualify for this campaign. Submission of Consent to Join Form must be within the campaign Period. Failure to submit the Consent to Join form within the campaign period may result in forfeiture of prizes with prior approval from DTI.
Step 2: Participant must livestream (as frequent as the qualified participant deems best within the specified period on the Kumu App within a Campaign Cycle.
To livestream, go to the Kumu App homepage, click on Karlito (the blue tarsier in the middle of your tab) and press the GO LIVE button.
Participant must upload a cover photo (dimensions: 263px (w) x 404 px (h)). There is no specific theme required for the livestream. Participant may also include his or her personal hashtag or any hashtag/s of Participant’s choice.
Participant may include other persons in Participant’s livestream; however, only Participant’s Kumu account shall be credited with the BARBER’S CUT virtual gifts.

Strictly public video livestreams only. Livestreams set in private mode will be disqualified.
Public audio streams will not be counted on the leaderboard.

Step 3: Participant must collect the BARBER’S CUT virtual gift from Kumu App users and livestream viewers. Only diamonds earned by a Participant from the BARBER’S CUT virtual gift will be counted for this Campaign.
To buy and send a BARBER’S CUT virtual gift worth Five Hundred (500) coins, a Kumu App user and livestream viewer must purchase coins through his or her Kumu App wallet or earn coins through various actions on the Kumu App such as referring friends and participating in some of the game shows on the Kumu App.
To purchase coins via Kumu App wallet: A viewer should go to his or her “Profile”, select “My Wallet, tap on “Buy Coins” and choose the desired number of coins to purchase via the chosen payment method.
Step 4: Participant can check the Leaderboard on the Kumu App to see Participant’s BARBER’S CUT virtual gifts and ranking.
To check the leaderboard, log on to the Kumu App, go to the “Campaigns” tab. Select the KWENTUHAN WITH THE BARBER campaign page and then click on “Leaderboard”.
Each User who participates in the campaign shall ensure that all campaign-related virtual gifts are received during a public stream. In the event a User receives a campaign-related virtual gift during a private stream, such User shall be immediately disqualified from further participation and shall not be considered in the leaderboard rankings.
In the event of a tie, the Participant to have first reached the winning slot on the Leaderboard based on the official timestamp of kumu shall be declared winner.
If, for any reason, any winner backs out or is disqualified from the Campaign, the winner next-in-rank in the Leaderboard who qualifies shall be declared winner.
Neither CPI nor Kumu will shoulder any expenses beyond contest prize specifications. Travel expenses to and from the Jing Monis Salon, and other related expenses, shall be the winner’s sole responsibility.
CPI will handle costs for the delivery of the Grooming Kit within the Philippines. Other prize related expenses aside from delivery costs, including without limitation any and all taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. All prizes exceeding Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) shall be subject to twenty percent (20%) prize tax, which will be shouldered by the winner.
Prizes are transferable but are not convertible to cash.
9) VALIDATION OF ENTRIES/DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
Winners will be determined and validated based on the Kumu App Leaderboard which refreshes every 10 minutes.
Only the participants who manage to get into the Top 6 ranking as of June 30, 2021, 10:00 p.m. and who comply with all the terms and conditions herein shall be entitled to win.
*IMPORTANT REMINDER: Only the Barber’s Cut virtual gift is counted for this Campaign. Diamonds from regular virtual gifts will not be counted for this Campaign.
Only the Kumu account of the winner that was used to livestream and collect the Barber’s Cut virtual gifts for the Leaderboard will be treated as the winner regardless of number of persons who made an appearance during any and all of the livestream(s).
Authorized Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Kumu Technologies, Inc, and Creative Programs Inc. representatives will convene and be present in an online private session to determine the official winners of the campaign on:

10) HOW TO CLAIM
Winners will be announced through MYX Philippine’s and Kumu’s official Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts. Winners will also be notified via their Kumu App accounts.
Schedule of the group date is within the period of September, 2021 to December, 2021, and is subject to Edward Barber’s availability and the prevailing IATF advisories.
Participant from outside of the Philippines acknowledges that should he or she shall win the Campaign Tier 1 prize, he or she shall join the group date virtually.
Schedule of Zoom meet and greet with Edward Barber for Campaign Tier 2 winners to be held within the period of September, 2021 to December, 2021, and is subject to Edward Barber’s availability.
Participant from outside of the Philippines who shall win the Pampering Package (Campaign Tier 1) or the Grooming Kit (Campaign Tier 2 and Campaign Tier 3) prize shall shoulder the costs of shipping of the prize to his or her address., as well as related costs including but not limited to customs duties and taxes.
The Grooming Kit will be shipped to the winners with a Philippines address not later than six (6) months from the announcement of winners. CPI will handle costs for the delivery of the Grooming Kit within the Philippines. Other prize related expenses aside from delivery costs, including without limitation any and all taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
The winner should claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited in favor of ABS-CBN with prior DTI approval.
