1) TITLE: MYXTYX Ticket Giveaway Campaign (the “Promo”) 

2) PROMO DESCRIPTION: Creative Programs, Inc. (“CPI”), the authorized distributor of the cable television channel “MYX Global” in the Philippines, is launching the Promo as a customer engagement initiative to strengthen relationships with fans and audiences by rewarding them with free tickets to the hottest concerts and events in the Philippines. This campaign aims to bring music lovers closer to their favorite artists and live experiences, enhancing their connection with MYX Global while celebrating the vibrant concert scene in the country. 

3) PROMO PERIOD – 2 May 2025 to 7 November 2025 

4) COVERAGE – Philippines only 

5) WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN THE PROMO --
a.) Participant must reside in the Philippines;
b.) Participant must be at least eighteen (18) years old; and
c.) Participant must be a subscriber of MYX Channel YouTube channel. 

6) WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED TO JOIN
a) Those who are not qualified to join the promo based on the qualifications stated above;
b) Employees of Creative Programs, Inc., its parent company, ABS-CBN Corporation, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and the respective employees’ relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity; and
c) Persons reporting regularly to Creative Programs, Inc., and its parent company, ABS-CBN Corporation, and their respective subsidiaries affiliates, under any kind of contract of service and who, by nature of the service they render, may have a direct and personal knowledge of this Promo. 

7) HOW TO JOIN THE PROMO – 
Step 1: Participant must log on to myx.global/myxtyx and sign up for the event/concert ticket giveaway of their choice by first registering and providing their full name, birth month and year, email address, YouTube username, home address, and mobile phone number. Participant shall likewise be asked to answer the question “Why are you a MYX fan?”.
• Click on the MYXTYX button.
• Select “Philippines” to see the calendar/ list of available event/concert ticket giveaway to sign up for.
• Participant has the option to agree to receive MYX Global marketing newsletters to proceed.
• From the available events/concerts, select the ongoing ticket promotion to enter the ticket giveaway for the selected event/concert.
• Complete and submit the registration form with the full name, birth month and year, email address, YouTube account name, home address, mobile phone number of the participant.
• Participant must answer the question, why are you a MYX fan?
• Participant must upload a screenshot of their subscription to the MYX YouTube channel (File upload field)

Step 3: Participant must confirm that they own the copyright to the uploaded photo and grant ABS-CBN Corporation and Creative Programs, Inc. the irrevocable right to use the photo on television, online, and across any and all media and platforms and over any territory, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Promo. 

Step 4: Participants can only join once for each event. No purchase necessary; participation is free.

• Prize consists of one (1) ticket to Participant’s selected event/concert (“Prize”). Only event/concert tickets will be awarded to the winning Participant (“Winner”). Any expense in connection with Winner’s attendance at the event/concert, such as but not limited to travel, transportation, accommodations, food, pocket money, event/concert merchandise, are not included in the prize and are for participant’s sole account and responsibility.

• Prize is transferable but cannot be converted to cash. No prize substitution shall be permitted except at CPI’s sole discretion, which shall be final. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.

• CPI shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Prize event/concert tickets after these have been issued to the Winner.

• A participant can only win once throughout the MYXTYX Ticket Giveaway Period.

• Winners are subject to verification and may be required to present proof of eligibility. The participant understands that failure to meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this Promo Mechanics shall be a ground for disqualification.

• The winners’ names will be announced through an art card which will be posted on the MYX Global official Facebook page.

9) VALIDATION OF ENTRIES/ DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
• Only entries with complete contact details submitted in the promo website (myx.global/myxtyx) will be considered valid.
• The determination of the winner/s will be done through a randomizer.
• An authorized Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative will be present via Zoom meeting or Google Meet together with authorized MYX representatives to select the winners via randomizer. The schedule are as follows:

• Participants will be notified by an authorized MYX representative thru a text message, phone call, email, and/or registered mail. Message notification is as follows: “Congratulations! You won a ticket from the MYX TYX Ticket Giveaway! Kindly reply with your Complete Name, Contact number, and Address for verification. You may claim your prize at Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center, Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City”.

10) HOW TO CLAIM
• An authorized MYX representative will notify the winner via text message or phone call, email, and registered mail. Message notification is as follows: “Congratulations! You won a ticket from the MYX TYX Ticket Giveaway! Kindly reply with your Complete Name, Contact number, and Address for verification. You may claim your prize at Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center, Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City”.

• Winner/s may claim his/her Prize from the CPI office located at 5/F Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center, Eugenio Lopez Drive, Quezon City, between 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. The winner should claim their prize within the claiming period from receipt of notification and will need to present at least one (1) valid government ID and present proof of the notification from CPI. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of CPI, subject to prior DTI approval.

• If a representative is claiming the Prize on behalf of the Winner, the Winner must inform CPI in advance and provide his/her representative with an authorization letter. The Winner’s representative must present a valid government ID upon claiming of the Prize on behalf of Winner, as well the proof of winning notification. The winner shall hold CPI free and harmless from any claim or action arising from the claiming of the Prize by Winner’s representative.

• Any expense in relation to a Winner’s claiming of his/her Prize, such as but not limited to transportation and communication expenses, shall be for Winner’s sole expense and responsibility.

11) DATA PRIVACY CONSENT
By entering the Promo, the Participant consents to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. All personal information collected and processed under this Promo shall be used solely for the legitimate purposes of the Promo, including registration for the Promo, Prize fulfillment and promotional and publicity purposes. 12) GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. CPI reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the Promo General Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate the Promo.

2. The campaign is subject to all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

3. CPI reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Participation in the campaign is at the participants’ own risk. CPI shall not be liable for: (1) failed, returned, or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner in connection with an entry; (2) entries and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, damaged, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind; (3) any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Promo; (4) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical, or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the Participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from Participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or in connection with Participant’s participation in the Promo; (5) any direct or indirect liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, fines, or penalties, or injuries that may be incurred or befall the Participant in joining the Promo; or (6) any warranty with respect to any Prize or any component thereof.

5. Unless prohibited by applicable law, your acceptance of a Prize constitutes your express consent to the use of your name, submissions, photograph, likeness, voice, address, and testimonials in all media, in perpetuity, in any manner CPI deems appropriate, for publicity purposes without any compensation to such Participant or any review or approval rights, notifications, or permissions. Notwithstanding any rights of publicity, privacy, or otherwise (whether or not statutory) anywhere in the world, your acceptance of a Prize constitutes your express authorization for CPI (and its agents, consultants and employees) to (i) photograph, record, tape, film, and otherwise visually and audio-visually record you; (ii) use, reproduce, disseminate, alter, edit, dub, modify, distort, add to, subtract from, process, and otherwise exploit any results of such activity (including, but not limited to, any manner in which such activity may be recorded or remembered or modified) or derivatives or extensions or imitations thereof in any manner that CPI sees fit, in any medium or technology known or hereinafter invented, throughout the universe in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose it may serve; and (iii) waive any right that you may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed material that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
