Cafe 86 is owned by Food Network’s Chopped Sweets Champion Chef Ginger Lin-Dimapasok. She was born and raised in Manila and grew up in a family that loved to cook. With her parent’s blessing, she left Manila to study Culinary Arts in NYC.
Cafe 86 incorporates Ube into every item on their menu, from their known foods to their delectable drinks. They have six locations across Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas.
