I don't know about you, but when we see P-Pop groups come together to collaborate, it puts us all in our feels over here at MYX. Music is such a powerful thing and can really bridge gaps and bring people together. The music video for Kabataang Pinoy performed by BINI and SB19 and produced by Jonathan Manalo shows a beautiful example of two worlds colliding to create something amazing. The music video felt like a micro-documentary that gave us a behind-the-scenes look into making the performance piece for the song. As mentioned in a previous article, this was the first-ever collab between these two groups. At the beginning of the video, you can hear both groups talk about how exciting this project was for them. Check out the music video below, and make sure to stream the song here.

Let the P-Pop powers unite! SB19 and BINI are teaming up to bring a new version of "Kabataang Pinoy," the Pinoy Big Brother Teen edition theme song, to life. On Monday, March 14th, Star Music tweeted out the announcement and revealed that the first collaborators for the new version of the infamous theme song were none other than BINI. They also released this snippet of the track.

The following day it was announced that P-Pop powerhouse SB19 was the next collaborator joining in on this new version. Star Music also gave fans a snippet ahead of the song's official release.

The original track was composed and written by Jonathan Manalo and Jazz Nicolas in 2006 and was performed by Filipino rock band The Itchyworms. Today the song has been released alongside a lyric video! Check out the first-ever collab between these two leading groups in P-Pop!

It has been a great year for singer/songwriter Angela Ken. Her debut single "Ako Naman Muna" has reached over 26 million Spotify streams to date. She has had countless appearances on ASAP and viral videos on TikTok, all while just graduating from High School last year. It's been exciting to see her growth as a performer and artist, and now she's here with a brand new track for us. "It's Okay Not To Be Okay" is officially out on all digital platforms streaming worldwide.

The feel-good motivational taglish track is composed by Jonathan Manalo and Angela. The song reminds us that it's ok to have bad days and not feel the best at times. It's a normal thing we all go through, but sometimes we just need a bit of a reminder, and Angela's soothing and warm vocals, along with these great lyrics, are that perfect reminder. You can stream the track here.
