Antony Francisco

Marvel's Sr. Visual Development artist, Anthony Francisco was born in Quezon City and raised in Cubao, Philippines, Anthony Francisco migrated to America in his late teenage years with his family and settled in Los Angeles, California. As a young comic book fan back in the Philippines, Anthony aspired to one day turn his passion for art into a career. But, it took a stint in the Navy to fully realize that there was a long hard road ahead of this dream, and more than ever, he needed to focus on reaching that goal. Luckily Anthony met the love of his life, Analiza Francisco, who has been beside him throughout the journey, even before there was a glimmer of hope for a big break. Follow along as Anthony and Analiza reminisce on his journey from comic book fan to Senior Visual Development Artist for Marvel Studios, who is known as the ÒVisual Father of Baby Groot,Ó he has also designed iconic characters like the Dora Milaje, Okoye and Nakia, Loki for Thor Ragnarok , Tazerface and Teen Groot, to name a few

Earvin “Magic” Johnson is her mentor & one of her first clients, he encouraged her to start her own company at a young age. Jhoanna now has over 1,200 professional athletes, executives & celebrities as clientele, that include Terrell Owens, John Wall and Justin Turner to name a few. Her mom, Adeluisa San Juan, was reluctant to come to America at first, because she enjoyed her life there, but when she reflects back, realizes it was the best decision she could have made for her family. Now the duo work together to help people beyond fashion, to create “A Light Beyond Appearance.” Together with her team, they help each client define THE LOOK OF YOUR LEGACY. The company prides itself mostly on their philanthropic work, helping raise money for causes like the Big Brothers and Sisters organization Jho’s biggest accomplishment in life is her daughter Ashley, who helped raise thousands of dollars for various charity causes and the school named after their grandfather in the Philippines.

Nelita V. is a martial arts expert, weapons specialist & actress. She was named after her Lola (grandmother), who immigrated from the Philippines along with her father Erwin, who first settled into America via North Carolina. Erwin studied martial arts and was a student under Dan Inosanto. While in North Carolina, he met NelitaÕs mother, Span, and they eventually headed out west to California so Erwin could pursue his dreams to work as a professional martial artist in TV & Film. With the apple not falling too far from the tree, Nelita began to train with her father from a very young age. SheÕs trained in several styles, including Eskrima, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Wushu, and Northern Shaolin, just to name a few. When Nelita turned 20, her father fell ill, and her life drastically changed, but her gift and passion for martial arts that she learned from her father helped turn the darkest and lowest times in her life around. Nelita is currently acting in commercials, TV & film while being an entrepreneur of her own brand and trailblazer within the industry.
