7) HOW TO JOIN THE PROMO
Step 1: Participant must log on to the Kumu App, or for new users, download, install and register or sign up on the Kumu App. Participant shall log in/sign up through their respective accounts on Facebook, Google, Apple, or SNS. Fill out the Consent to Join form (Registration Form) found in the HOW TO JOIN tab https://forms.gle/QBYLMzUXpKE9ZLQJA). Required details are: User Name, Full Name, Birthdate, Address, Contact Number, Email Address. Make sure to complete all items in the form to qualify for this campaign. Submission of Consent to Join Form must be within the campaign Period. Step 2: Participant must livestream (as frequent as the qualified participant deems best within the specified period on the Kumu App within a Campaign Cycle.

Participant must upload a cover photo (dimensions: 263px (w) x 404 px (h)). There is no specific theme required for the livestream. Participant may also include his or her personal hashtag or any hashtag/s of Participant’s choice.

Participant may include other persons in Participant’s livestream; however, only Participant’s Kumu account shall be credited with the BARBER’S CUT virtual gifts.

Public audio streams will not be counted on the leaderboard.

Step 3: Participant must collect the BARBER’S CUT virtual gift from Kumu App users and livestream viewers. Only diamonds earned by a Participant from the BARBER’S CUT virtual gift will be counted for this Campaign.

To buy and send a BARBER’S CUT virtual gift worth Five Hundred (500) coins, a Kumu App user and livestream viewer must purchase coins through his or her Kumu App wallet or earn coins through various actions on the Kumu App such as referring friends and participating in some of the game shows on the Kumu App.

To purchase coins via Kumu App wallet: A viewer should go to his or her “Profile”, select “My Wallet, tap on “Buy Coins” and choose the desired number of coins to purchase via the chosen payment method.

Step 4: Participant can check the Leaderboard on the Kumu App to see Participant’s BARBER’S CUT virtual gifts and ranking.

To check the leaderboard, log on to the Kumu App, go to the “Campaigns” tab. Select the KWENTUHAN WITH THE BARBER campaign page and then click on “Leaderboard”.

Each User who participates in the campaign shall ensure that all campaign-related virtual gifts are received during a public stream. In the event a User receives a campaign-related virtual gift during a private stream, such User shall be immediately disqualified from further participation and shall not be considered in the leaderboard rankings.

8) PRIZES
The winners will win the following prizes according to his or her ranking on the Leaderboard:

In the event of a tie, the Participant to have first reached the winning slot on the Leaderboard based on the official timestamp of kumu shall be declared winner.

If, for any reason, any winner backs out or is disqualified from the Campaign, the winner next-in-rank in the Leaderboard who qualifies shall be declared winner.

Neither CPI nor Kumu will shoulder any expenses beyond contest prize specifications. Travel expenses to and from the Jing Monis Salon, and other related expenses, shall be the winner’s sole responsibility.

CPI will handle costs for the delivery of the Grooming Kit within the Philippines. Other prize related expenses aside from delivery costs, including without limitation any and all taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. All prizes exceeding Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) shall be subject to twenty percent (20%) prize tax, which will be shouldered by the winner.

9) VALIDATION OF ENTRIES/DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

The promo is open to all kumu app users aged 18 years old and above.

6) WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED TO JOIN
a) Those who do not meet the qualification requirements stated above & under How To Join part of this mechanics.
b) Employees of ABS-CBN Corporation, Creative Programs, Inc., Kumu Technologies, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and the respective employees’ relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
c) Persons reporting regularly to ABS-CBN Corporation, Creative Programs, Inc., and Kumu Technologies, Inc. under a contract of service and who, by nature of the service they render, may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.

7) HOW TO JOIN THE PROMO
Step 1: Participants must log on to the Kumu App, or for new users, download, install and register or sign up on, the Kumu App. Participants shall log in/sign up through their respective accounts on Facebook, Google, Apple, or SNS. Participants must also verify / update their name, user ID, email address and mobile number within the Kumu App

Step 2: Participants must do a livestream on the Kumu App from June 15 (6:00 p.m.) to June 23, 2021 (10:00 p.m.) Manila Time and as frequent as the qualified participant deems best.

To do a livestream, go to the Kumu App homepage then click on Karlito (the blue tarsier in the middle of your tab) and press the GO LIVE button.

Participant must upload a cover photo (dimensions: 263px (w) x 404 px (h)). There is no specific theme required for the livestream. However, the livestream must not depict or promote any illegal, violent, dangerous or discriminatory behavior or contain any material that is threatening, indecent, violent, obscene or offensive and must abide the rules and regulations of Kumu which can be found here. Participant may also include his or her personal hashtag or any hashtag/s of Participant’s choice.

Participant may include other persons in Participant’s livestream; however, only Participant’s Kumu account shall be credited with the PERFECT MATCH ON MYX: DATE WITH JC virtual gifts.

Strictly public video livestreams only. Livestreams set in private mode will be disqualified.Public audio streams will not be counted on the leaderboard.

Step 3: Participant must collect Karlito G Gift and It’s A Match virtual gifts from Kumu App users and livestream viewers. Only diamonds from these virtual gifts will be counted for this Campaign.

To buy and send a Karlito G Gift virtual gift worth Five Hundred (500) coins and It’s A Match virtual gift worth Two Thousand Five Hundred (2500) coins, a Kumu app user and live stream viewer must purchase coins through his or her Kumu App wallet or earn coins through various actions on the app such as referring friends and participating in some of the game shows on the Kumu App.

To purchase coins via kumu wallet: Go to your “profile” and select “my wallet.” Tap on “buy coins” and choose the desired amount of coins that you wish to purchase. Choose which payment option you want to use and proceed with the purchase.

Step 4: Have fun and check the leaderboard regularly to see if you’ve received enough Karlito G Gift & It’s A Match virtual gifts.

To check the leaderboard, just log on to kumu. Go to the Campaigns tab. Select the PERFECT MATCH ON MYX: DATE WITH JC campaign page and then click Leaderboard.

The top (1) user in the leaderboard with the most number of diamonds from the required Karlito G Gift and It’s A Match virtual gifts will be declared as the winner of the PERFECT MATCH ON MYX: Date with JC, will have a virtual date in one episode of MYX & Match with JC Alcantara. Winner will also receive Php 10,000-worth of gift certificates and an official merchandise from MYX.

The user in the top two to five (2-5) slots will each receive Php 5,000-worth of gift certificates and an official merchandise from MYX.

The user in the top six to eight (6-8) slots will each receive Php 3,000-worth of gift certificates and official merchandise from MYX.

Winners will be announced through MYX Philippines’ and kumu’s official Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.

The top (1) user in the leaderboard with the most number of diamonds from the required Karlito G Gift and It’s A Match virtual gifts will be declared as the winner of the PERFECT MATCH ON MYX: Date with JC, will have a virtual date in one episode of MYX & Match with JC Alcantara. In the event of a tie, the first Participant to have reached the winning slot shall be declared winner.

Neither CPI nor Kumu will shoulder any expenses beyond contest prize specifications.

All prizes exceeding Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) shall be subject to twenty percent (20%) prize tax, which will be shouldered by the winner.

9) VALIDATION OF ENTRIES/DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
Winners will be determined based on the Kumu App Leaderboard which refreshes every 10 minutes . Cut off time is June 23, 2021 (10:00pm) Manila time.

Only the participants who manage to get into the Top 8 ranking as of June 8, 2021, 10:00p.m. Manila time and who comply with all the terms and conditions herein shall be entitled to win.

The Competition will end on June 23, 2021, 10:00pm Manila time. Winners will be selected according to the leaderboards Top 8 Campaign and who comply with all the terms and conditions herein shall be entitled to win.

An authorized Department of Trade and Industry (DTI Kumu Technologies, Inc, and Creative Programs Inc. will convene and be present on JUNE 24 – 11AM in an online private session to determine the official winners of the campaign.

10) HOW TO CLAIM
Winners will be announced through MYX Philippine’s and kumu’s official Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts. An authorized kumu talent coordinator will contact the winners for the prizes via Kumu App, email, phone call and/or registered mail.

The top (1) user in the leaderboard with the most number of diamonds from the required Karlito G Gift and It’s A Match virtual gifts (Tier 1 winner) will be given a grace period of twenty-four (24) hours from the time to confirm availability for virtual date which will happen on June 25,Winner will be asked to enter the Zoom Link by 6:00 PM on June 25, 2021 for the briefing before going live by 7:00 PM.

The virtual date will feature the Tier 1 winner and JC Alcantara playing compatibility games during the episode for them to know more about each other. Example of such game is a photo of a certain food will be shown and both Tier 1 winner and JC Alcantara will answer they like or dislike that certain dish.

If, for any reason, the winner is not available for the Live Virtual Date, his/her prize will be forfeited. Qualified Participant who is next-in-line in the ranking in the leaderboard will replace such winner as the new winner and claim the prizes therefor (e.g Virtual Date, Gift Certificates and MYX Merchandise.).

The MYX Merchandise and gift certificates will be delivered/shipped to the winners with a Philippines address not later than six (6) months from the announcement of winners. Shipping and delivery costs within the Philippines will be shouldered by CPI. Participant from outside of the Philippines who shall win a MYX Merchandise will shoulder all costs of shipping of the prize to his or her address, and all applicable duties and taxes shall be the responsibility of the winner.

The winner should claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited in favor of ABS-CBN with prior DTI approval.
