Warner Music Philippines signee Boy Graduate has just dropped his debut EP entitled “Own Advice.” The five-track project is inspired by the Australian/Filipino artist returning to Australia after living in the Philippines from 2019 to 2020. Throughout the project, his upfront honesty and lack of filter shows him at his most vulnerable.

The focus single, “What A Life,” further details the core of Boy Graduate's story over the last two years and serves as a remarkable introduction to the project, highlighting the list of challenges faced while chasing a true purpose. Additionally, his single “The Long Way” with labelmate Sin Santos received airtime on popular Australian radio station Triple J Unearthed in January 2022.

Check out the “Own Advice” EP below.

R&B soul singer jikamarie experienced a successful fan base growth even in lieu of the pandemic. The Warner Music signee has garnered 2.4M monthly Spotify listeners and her latest single "Lutang" has already racked up an astonishing 15.3M streams on Spotify and more than 1.7M views on Youtube.  The vocalist grew up in a musically inclined family and started composing songs at the age of 20.

“I liked the idea that I could keep writing songs and singing them as a career. I also believe in the saying, ‘if you pursue something that you love as a career, you will never have to work a day in your life.’” - jikamarie

According to jikamarie, she has made it her purpose to encourage aspiring Filipino artists to press on with their craft, and for Filipino listeners to amplify our fellow Filipino artists nationally and globally.

jikamarie has just dropped her new single, entitled “aking buwan” in preparation for a roll-out that includes more expected singles leading up to an album.

According to her,  “aking buwan is a track that talks about the pining for someone who doesn't know you exist. It's a parallel of admiring the moon and the moon, not knowing that there's you that exists to admire it. Bittersweet because even then, the pining only grows stronger.”

Check out “aking buwan” and more of jikamarie’s top songs below.

Cornerstone Entertainment's new boy group VXON is making waves with their debut single, "The Beast." Their music video for the song is nearing the 200k view mark, and we're sure it will get there in no time. As their momentum continues to build, they keep the buzz going by giving us a look into their dance practice. Check them out, as they absolutely kill their choreography.

Their YouTube channel has some great content to get to know the boys better, but we were lucky enough to get the chance to have them on for a MYXclusive interview with VJ Ai. Check out the full interview below and get to know the boys even better.

Inigo Pascual and Wish 107.5 just dropped a live performance of Inigo's track Neverland from his 2021 Options album and I can't get enough of this performance. Personally, this is one of my favorite tracks off the album. Although the album is categorized under "Pop" this track is very R&B forward and I think Inigo's voice sits perfectly within that realm.

Inigo has been busy filming his new Fox series Monarch set to release at the end of the month. Knowing that the series is based on a Country music family it will be interesting to see if Inigo lends his vocal chops to the series. For now, let's enjoy this great performance from this multi-hyphenate artist.

The latest music video, "PÉCHO" by producer and filmmaker Luis Villanueva was released recently and features Frankie Pangilinan, Wilchai, Jeune Pascal. The lo-fi bouncy tune will definitely help you kick off 2022 in a mellow mood. It may be a sad song, but it'll make you groove along. We all need something to calm us down over a crazy holiday season.

The Manila/New York based filmmaker created a song that meshes French and English lyrics and the accompanied music video is filled with a dreamy, 90s vibe with lots of New York scenery. It just reached 200k views and continues to grow. We're definitely looking forward to more music.

Massiah releases his final track of the year with "Higher" which rounds out his trilogy compilation. The Dumaguete City native and certified island boy raps about his day-to-day hustle, but with an appreciation for life and all its pleasures.

We catch a glimpse of missing sitting high overlooking his hometown of Dumaguete City then taking a spin around his go-to spots in his city. One of the aspects of the track that surprised us is the tempo change because it brought a different energy to the song. Massiah lets us know that all we need is good music, friends, and vibes to lighten our mood and appreciate life.

Massiah pushed out 2 previous singles in the last few weeks from "Stay With Me" and "Paid for It." Could we possibly see an EP coming in the future? For now, catch up on Massiah's 3-part series Novel Trouble with Episode 2 where he chats with Lux Valor, owner and resident witch of House of Hecate, as they make candles and do a tarot card reading.
