On July 9, Viva Communications Inc., one of the biggest entertainment groups in the Philippines, inked an agreement with Milagro, a South Korean-based entertainment company that offers total management solutions, ranging from artist scouting and training to diverse business ventures.
This strategic partnership aims to represent South Korean artists from Milagro in the Philippines and build up Filipino artists in South Korea. Considered another significant milestone in the Philippine entertainment industry, this collaboration plays a key role in creating more avenues for artistic exchange between the two countries.
The contract signing was spearheaded by Viva Group of Companies Chairman of the Board and CEO Vicente “Boss Vic” del Rosario Jr. and Milagro Korea COO Yoo Jisang, Viva Artists Agency President and COO Veronique Del Rosario-Corpus, and Viva Records Corporation President Verb Del Rosario.
To mark the beginning of this creative alliance, Filipina singer and actress Aubrey Caraan is set to collaborate on a recording project with South Korean singer-actor Daewon Lee.
Aubrey is a multi-talented artist that thrives in both music and acting. Her track “How You Feel” has landed on several Spotify charts in the Philippines, while she also stars as Samantha Vera in the Viva One series Avenues of the Diamond.
Daewon Lee, on the other hand, is a well-rounded entertainer with a background in singing, acting, and sports. He debuted as a member of the idol group OFFROAD and gained widespread recognition through his appearance in the first season of Mr. Trot, a reality television and talent show. Beyond entertainment, he has also excelled in Mixed Martial Arts, holding a championship title under Angel’s Fighting Championship with an undefeated record of 8 wins and 0 losses.
Through this long-term collaboration, both Viva Communications Inc. and Milagro Korea are looking forward to nurturing talents, bridge cultures, and create impactful opportunities for artists in both the Philippines and South Korea.
